Galaxy Note 8 is expected to be the star of the show at Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked 2017 event. Samsung redeemed itself after the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco with the successful launches of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+. However, the Note 8 launch is still a very important event for the company because the future of the Galaxy Note brand could very well hinge on this smartphone. There have been several Galaxy Note 8 leaks as you may have come to expect and so far what we've seen looks quite exciting.

The Galaxy Note 8 is expected to ship with a dual camera setup, a large display with almost no bezels, and a stylus. If you're wondering how to watch the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 launch event live online, we've got you covered. As far as the Samsung Galaxy Note 8's price and availability are concerned, leaks suggest that the smartphone is expected to cost around EUR 1000 (roughly Rs. 75,400) in Europe. It's expected to be available from September 2017. Of course, we'd advise everyone to take this information with a pinch of salt as there's nothing official about it just yet.

More information from leaks suggests that the Galaxy Note 8 will start shipping on September 15 and those who pre-order it will get one of a Samsung Gear 360 camera, a wireless charger, or a 256GB microSD card free. It's not clear whether this offer will extend to India. Like the S8, the Note 8 is likely to feature a Bixby button for the voice assistant owned by Samsung.

In terms of specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is likely to feature a 6.3-inch QHD (1440x2960 pixels) Infinity Display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. It may be powered by Exynos 8895 SoC globally and Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 in the US. We're also likely to see the launch of the Samsung Gear Fit 2 fitness band.
